Accessibility Limitations and Alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, some limitations may exist. Below is a list of known accessibility issues and potential solutions:

  1. User-generated content: Some user-generated comments and uploaded images may not have text alternatives or proper descriptions for screen readers.
Reason: We cannot ensure the accessibility of content submitted by users.
Solution: We actively monitor user content for accessibility issues and strive to resolve them within 2 business days. Please use the 'Report Issue' button if you encounter any problems.

  2. Videos without captions: Some older videos may not have captions or sign language interpretation.
Reason: Due to their older format, captions were not included at the time of production.
Solution: We are in the process of adding captions to older videos. For accessibility alternatives, please contact us.

Assessment Approach

We have assessed the accessibility of our website using the following methods:

  • Self-evaluation: Our team has evaluated the content internally using tools like the Wix Accessibility Wizard.

  • External evaluation: We plan to engage independent accessibility experts in future evaluations.

  • We employ a formal quality assurance process throughout the design and development of new content to ensure that accessibility standards are maintained.

Related Evidence:

  • Evaluation Report: We are currently conducting an evaluation. The formal report will be available here once completed.

  • Evaluation Statement: A formal evaluation statement will be provided upon completion.
